Brad began his career in 1999 as a loan analyst with GEMICO, where he developed a comprehensive foundation in every facet of the mortgage process. Brad has extensive experience in everything from underwriting, processing and originating government and conventional mortgage loans. Over the course of his career, he has served in roles spanning compliance management for a Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae seller/servicer, giving him an inside understanding of the standards, regulations, and nuances that govern the lending industry at the highest level.
